We are looking for an Accountant & Finance Manager who is ready to play a key role in supporting our growth. This is not just an accounting role - it's a chance to partner with management and shareholders, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reconciliation

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform regular bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements.

Financial Statements & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, and shareholders.
• Consolidate reports across multiple entities (retail, travel retail, e-commerce).

Cash Flow & Budgeting

• Monitor and forecast cash flow to support operational needs and strategic decisions.
• Support budget preparation, and cost control initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to guide growth strategies and investments.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and international group policies.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in accounting/finance (luxury retail, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluency in English required; other Asian languages are a plus.
