Job Description

Manage all activities in the accounts payable function.

• Keep record of all payments in the company's accountant system
• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Prepare payment forecast
• Recommend improvements to accounts payableprocesses.
• Assistant Finance Manager with other accounting tasks.

Requirement

• Completed successfully formal training / courses in Accounting.
• Mimimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a SME setting.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familair with Accounting software.
• 5 day work week.
• Report to Finance Manager
