Overview

An Audit Senior plays a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion for clients across various industries.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and feedback.
• Communicate with clients to understand business processes and address audit findings.
• Prepare audit reports and documentation for internal and external review.
• Coordinate with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred or in progress.
• at least 2 years audit experience as audit senior , ideally in a public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
