We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant cum Corporate Secretary who can take ownership of both accounting and corporate secretarial functions, while managing a small team of remote bookkeepers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full sets of accounts for multiple client entities (SMEs, holding companies, etc.).
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and XBRL filings.
• Handle GST submissions, corporate tax schedules, and payroll reporting.
• Manage ACRA filings including annual returns, incorporation, share transfers, and director changes.
• Draft and maintain board resolutions, AGM/EGM minutes, and other statutory documents.
• Supervise and review work of remote bookkeepers to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Liaise directly with auditors, IRAS, and government agencies when required.
• Maintain strong professional client relationships and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or corporate secretarial roles.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (ACCA / ISCA / ICSA preferred).
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA/IRAS requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple clients.
• Able to lead and coordinate a remote team of bookkeepers effectively.
