Location: West (Near Boon Lay (EW27) and Joo Koon (EW29)

Company Transport: Provided with 3 pickup points - Tampines, MacPherson, Lakeside

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon to Fri)

Salary Range: S$2,400 - S$2,550/month

Key Responsibilities

• Record and execute payments and receipts in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash book
• Manage petty cash reimbursements
• Verify staff claims and process reimbursements
• Prepare vendor payments
• Post monthly journal entries
• Assist in handling full set of accounts
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Dynamic accounting software is a plus
