Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. You will handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP/AR, reporting, taxation, budgeting, and payroll, for a group of companies using our inhouse software CargoErp system.

What You'll Do

• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Handle month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file Singapore tax and GST returns.
• Support audits, ensure compliance, and improve accounting processes.
• Conduct budgeting, cost analysis, and financial performance reviews.
• Process payroll and inter-company billings.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/ACCA/LCCI in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting & tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel a must).
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and a proactive mindset.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• Extended hours may be required during peak reporting/closing periods.

Gross Salary

• MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,500 (Based on experience)
