Job Description:

Accounts payable functions
Verify non-trade vendor invoices, staff claim, data entry etc.

Accounts receivables functions
- Issue trade and non-trade billing, offset customer payment, send Statement of Accounts etc.
Other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum 'O' Levels cert / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
Entry Level - No working experience is required
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible, positive and pleasant personality with good sense of responsibility
