Job Description:

• Accounts payable functions:
  - Verify non-trade vendor invoices, staff claim, data entry etc.
• Accounts receivable functions:
  - Issue trade and non-trade billing, offset customer payment, send Statement of Accounts etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Levels cert / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
• Entry Level - No working experience is required
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible, positive and pleasant personality with good sense of responsibility
