Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities.
• Maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts.
• Responsible for bookkeeping, month end closing, maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts in accordance with SFRS and company accounting policy.
• Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, monthly breakdown of balance sheet items and other management reports required by management.
• Tracking of Account Payables and Account Receivables.
• Review and handle GST submission.
• Prepare financial statement.
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements.
• Assist in handling tax compliance and tax efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Accounting degree with at least 3 years of commercial and some audit experiences would be preferred.
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, strong communication skills, and quick learner
• Good sense of ownership and able to work in a dynamic environment
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Singapore tax law, tax-related requirements and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable in accounting systems such as Million, Quickbooks, Xero
