The internal audit manager will participate in audit and sustainability reporting assignments in accordance with International Standards for Professional Practices. He/ She will have an exposure to learn different aspect in risk management /special audits / ad-hoc reviews as required by the audit committees of our clients.

The Internal Audit Manager will perform numerous responsibilities including the following:

• Participate in audit or risk management assignments in accordance with International Standards for Professional Practices to facilitate and drive business activities in a risk controlled environment.
• Plan, organize and carry out the internal audit activities which include independent examination of the organization's financial and information systems, operational records, processes, policies, procedures and standards.
• Review on the integrity of operational data and compliance with established policies and procedures and regulations.
• Identify and communicate business inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses or operational issues observed during audits and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Making recommendations on reviewed procedures and systems.
• Document work performed and prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
• Follow up the implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences especially in sustainability reporting/CSR to apply for the position.
• Degree in accounting, business management, sustainability, communication, environmental management or equivalent required.
• A good understanding and strong passion for sustainability/CSR.
• Knowledge of current best practices, governance, risk management, internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-starter who does not limit himself/ herself with self-made obstacles.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates regarding all audit compliance guidelines)
• High level of integrity.
• Willingness to travel extensively
