• Position : Accounts Officer (Simple Accounting/ AR/AP/ MUST KNOW SAP/ ERP)
• Location : Beach Road (Nearest MRT -11 minute walk- Nicoll Highway MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 6.00
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 16 days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Marine & Offshore Shipyard

Main Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Generate and issue accurate invoices.
• Monitor, follow up on, and reconcile customer payments.
• Manage aging reports and escalate overdue accounts.
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process, verify, and pay supplier invoices.
• Manage vendor queries and payment schedules.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with accruals.
• General Accounting
• Support month-end closing and audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Contribute to process improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ERP based or similar)
