General Ledger & Financial Accounting:

• \tMaintain and manage full set of accounts, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments

• \tReconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis and investigate variances

• \tAssist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

• \tPrepare supporting schedules and documentation for audit and tax purposes

• \tEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes

• \tAssist with preparation of budgets and variance analysis reports

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• \tProcess vendor invoices and staff claims; manage payment schedules

• \tGenerate customer invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments

• \tPerform bank and cash reconciliations

Tax & Compliance:

• \tAssist with preparation and submission of GST filings, withholding tax, and other regulatory reports

• \tSupport statutory audit and tax filing processes with external auditors and tax agents

Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties:

• \tMaintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation

• \tAssist in implementing internal controls and process improvements

• \tSupport cross-functional teams with finance-related queries

Requirements

• \tDiploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance

• \t1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

• \tSolid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and general ledger processes

• \tExperience with accounting software (e.g., ERP System Synergix, other ERP systems)

• \tStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reconciliations)

• \tDetail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines

• \tGood interpersonal and communication skills

• \tAble to work independently and with a small team
