Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of clientele, develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities

• Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to finalisation

• Manage a team of audit professionals and assist the Audit Partner and Director in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients

• Perform review work of audit teams' findings

• Coach, mentor and build high performance teams

Requirements

• Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA

• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in a public accounting firm

• Possess strong technical (accounting/auditing standards), project management and time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Possess initiative and an analytical mind

• Ability to lead a team of like-minded professionals
