1.\tJob descriptions:

• \tLead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• \tOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IFRS, SFRS).

• \tPerform and review group consolidation for multi-entity structures, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.

• \tManage and improve cost control measures and departmental budget processes.

• \tOversee multi-currency cash flow planning and management across international entities.

• \tEnsure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, including GST, corporate tax, and withholding tax.

• \tPrepare tax computations and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and regulatory reviews.

• \tManage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring tailored financial services and compliance with cross-border accounting and tax obligations.

• \tPrepare and analyze financial statements and management reports to support business decisions.

• \tIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

2.\tJob requirement:

• \tMinimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• \tProven experience in group consolidation, cost control, financial analysis, and multi-currency cash flow management.

• \tMaster's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• \tStrong working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), corporate tax, and GST regulations.

• \tExperience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

• \tDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams

• \tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• \tProfessional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are a plus.
