Key Responsibilities:

• Manage timely and accurate processing of vendor payments (e.g., TT, GIRO, cheques) while ensuring adherence to internal financial controls.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, including invoice verification, fund posting, journal entries, and aged items follow-up.
• Support monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and year-end audit confirmations.
• Coordinate intercompany settlement processes such as Global Netting.
• Assist in financial reporting, tax, treasury, and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or Finance with internship experience or at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with AP/AR functions; prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Comfortable working with large transaction volumes and meeting reporting deadlines.
