The Role

As our Assistant Accountant, you'll be the backbone of our Singapore finance operations, handling day-to-day bookkeeping, driving month-end closes, and acting as the bridge between our local team and China HQ. You'll learn the ropes of corporate accounting, support audit and tax data preparation, and build the skills to one day lead our growing Singapore finance function.

Working Location: Beach Road, (Bugis/Nicoll Highway MRT)

Working Arrangements: Onsite, Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Compensation: Base + AWS + Bonus

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll:

• Prepare accounting records & journal entries
• Review and record staff expense claims
• Close the month-end: produce financial statements for 3 entities
• Collaborate with our China HQ: review subsidiary accounts, convert to standard formats, and join/lead Chinese-language review meetings (calls, email, WeChat)
• Assist with tax & audit data prep
• Support ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks

Who You Are

• Fresh graduate or 1-3 years' accounting experience (up to 5 years if diploma-qualified)
• Degree, diploma, or professional studies in accounting (ACCA/CPA track welcome!)
• Solid grasp of accounting principles & financial reporting
• Comfortable learning new accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
• Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) to work with regional stakeholders
• A strong learner with team spirit
