1. Resourceful in developing and optimizing networks and establishing stretch goals.
2. Compile reports and converse meetings with various related parties.
3. Control the material and labour resources required to carry out a project from start to finish.
4. Request for quotation to compare market price and get vendor Approval from Management and Keep record of total waste.
5. To monitor and control materials flow and report with senior site team members.
6. Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approval method of statement, Safety procedure and quality of method.
7. Maintained records of the construction attended the progress meeting and report the proceeding to the seniors.
8. Ensure compliance to all company safety requirements and monitor all projects from conceptualization to implementation and prepare reports for same and evaluate punch list for all project close out.
9. Documents all construction activities and evaluate progress of all projects and monitor all ad hoc requests and participate in various construction progress meetings and maintain records for all construction procedures.
10. Assist contractors to evaluate all contract documents and prepare reports for any deficiencies in projects and ensure adherence to all design and construction.
11. Coordinate with manager to review all projects and maintain estimates and track all invoices and work orders.
12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report and submit to Manager.
13. Claim and Submit GST
14. Claim and Banking payment to client.
15. All kinds of Accounts job monitor and responsible for.
16. MOM all issue handle and follow up.
17. Preparing periodic accounting reports for executives and management
18. Developing, implementing and monitoring accounting schedules
REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong Mentality to do long office hour and Sunday work.
2. Mentality to do work in public holiday if needed (In case of emergency/Urgency).
3. Creative, innovative, out of the box, Determined, perseverance, and hard working.
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
5. Minimum 5 years Working experience at administration field.
6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills especially in English, possess of other language (Bangla/Tamil) will be an advantage.
7. Experience in Photoshop / In-design, MS Office applications.
