Accounting / AuditingAccounting Responsibilities:
• Manage a full set of accounting operations, including data entry.
• Issue sales invoices and delivery orders, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Process supplier payments and billing.
• Prepare month-end closing and generate monthly Sales Reports, Profit and Loss Statements, and Ageing
Receivables & Payables.
• Perform bank reconciliations (OCBC, DBS, UOB).
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of GST Returns.
• Prepare year-end closing and consolidation of annual Financial Statements (i.e. Profit and Loss, Balance
Sheet), and submit to the auditor.
• Liaise with the tax agent for Corporate Income Tax submission.
• Send monthly Statements of Account to customers and monitor the collection of overdue invoices.
• Update the Fixed Asset Register and manage the depreciation schedule.
HR duties:
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, applying for and renewing
employment passes and work permits, training and development, staff leave, and benefits, etc.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll and CPF contribution.
• Submit annual employee income tax (IR8A).
• Apply for a waiver of the foreign worker levy.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower labor laws and other relevant legislation.
