Our client is a fast-growing Accounting and Corporate Secretarial Services firm, committed to delivering high-quality financial solutions and strategic advice to businesses. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Accounting Manager to join their Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the company in applying for the ACRA Filing Agent License as a qualified professional.
• Serve as Company Secretary for client entities as required by ACRA.
• Lead and mentor the corporate secretarial team in preparing and filing statutory documents related to company registration, annual filing, corporate changes, deregistration, and other ACRA compliance matters.
• Oversee the accounting team in preparing financial reports, GST submissions, withholding tax (WHT) filings, corporate tax returns, CPF submissions, and other related services for client companies.
• Host and liaise with clients at the Singapore office, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Conduct ad hoc training sessions on Singapore corporate secretarial practices, finance, and tax regulations.
• Take on additional or adjusted responsibilities based on individual performance, in line with company needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting management role within a tax or professional services environment.
• Solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in accounting software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
