Accounting / AuditingWe are looking for a Personal Assistant with a background in accounting and familiarity with investments. The ideal candidate will support our executive team and assist with financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Management particularly in accounting, financial operations and reporting
• Analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure all contractual obligations are met and accurately recorded.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative business support role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Familiarity with investment strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a strong awareness of numerical accuracy.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for more senior roles, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
