Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will be a key driver of financial operational excellence, ensuring robust fiscal governance and delivering strategic insights that support high-impact decision-making.

• Lead Financial Operations & Reporting - Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  Ensure seamless execution of core financial processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  Deliver deep financial insights to drive business performance and resource allocation
• Business Partnering & Performance Optimization - Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize cost structures, working capital, and profitability
  Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, translating financial data into actionable strategies
• Governance, Controls & Compliance - Uphold strong financial governance by ensuring full compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), internal controls, and statutory regulations
  Support internal and external audits, and maintain a clean control environment
• Drive Operational Efficiencies - Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial workflows and systems
  Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA qualified
• At least 5 years in financial management, within tech, start-ups or high-growth environments
• Strong regional experience and understanding of multi-entity reporting
• Exceptional analytical, modeling, and presentation skills
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Experience working in a fast-paced and global business
