About the Role
The primary job responsibility of the Accounts officer is to execute the financial operations, which includes handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing, and maintaining financial statements, and reconciling financial records.
Key Responsibilities

Execute the daily accounting & costing operation

Follow SOPs in established AR & AP processes and perform the required data entry.

Check through all POs, verify goods received, process invoices and make the necessary payments.

Verify and match shipment records with the system to issue tax invoices to customers and book the payment received.

Perform any manual and ad hoc adjustment instructed by the accountant on GL and Fixed asset capitalization.

What We’re Looking For

Min A Level equivalent
-
Min 1 year of respective experience
-
Knowledge of basic principles of AP/ AR and GL
-
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
-
Proficiency in typing and data entry is essential.

Working knowledge of SAP system knowledge (good to have)

Good written and spoken communication skills.
