Key Responsibilities:

• Manage research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met.

• Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans.

• Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.

• Ensure study compliance with ethics requirements and local regulations.

• Supervise data analysis activities and junior research staff.

• Author scientific papers and disseminate study findings through publications and presentations.

• Prepare proposals for new research grants and funding.

• Perform literature reviews, including systematic reviews.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, clinician investigators, and research collaborators to support research activities.

Requirements:

• Min. Ph.D. in Public Health, Health Services Research, or related field.

• Proven track record in clinical, public health, or health services research with leadership experience.

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.

• Strong proficiency in quantitative (and ideally qualitative) research methodologies.

• Skilled in statistical/qualitative software such as STATA, SPSS, NVivo.

• Demonstrated scientific writing ability with publications in international peer-reviewed journals.

• Strong project management skills and experience leading cohesive research teams.

• Effective stakeholder engagement skills, including working with clinicians and external collaborators.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
