JOB SCOPES

1. Engineering,

• To be trained with the knowledge of heavy equipment & Engine, and Spare Parts.

2. Customer Management,

• Respond to customer’s enquiry
• Handle customers complain.
• Provide customer solution.

3. Leadership,

• Point of contact between customers and team of technicians.
• Following on work progression.
• Coordinate works with various parties.

4. Administrative,

• Issuing of work order.
• Purchase of parts.
• Paperwork.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative experience in Industrial/ Engineering/ Workshop environment

OR

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (If doesn’t have experience). Training will be provided.

WHO IS SUITABLE:

Candidates who:

• have a Degree in Engineering and keen with non-hand on technical roles.
• is a Technician/ Engineer who are keen with office-based work instead of workshop.
• is Technician/ Engineer who keen to transition to Sales/ Customer Service role.
• is Executive who currently working in Industrial/ Engineering/ Workshop environment.

• Remuneration: Basic $3000 – $4500.
• 1 months guaranteed bonus.
• Performance Bonus (Historical record of 3 months)
• Annual Leave 16 - 21 days PA.
