1. Engineering,
- To be trained with the knowledge of heavy equipment & Engine, and Spare Parts.
2. Customer Management,
- Respond to customer’s enquiry
- Handle customers complain.
- Provide customer solution.
3. Leadership,
- Point of contact between customers and team of technicians.
- Following on work progression.
- Coordinate works with various parties.
4. Administrative,
- Issuing of work order.
- Purchase of parts.
- Paperwork.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Administrative experience in Industrial/ Engineering/ Workshop environment
OR
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (If doesn’t have experience). Training will be provided.
WHO IS SUITABLE:
Candidates who:
- have a Degree in Engineering and keen with non-hand on technical roles.
- is a Technician/ Engineer who are keen with office-based work instead of workshop.
- is Technician/ Engineer who keen to transition to Sales/ Customer Service role.
- is Executive who currently working in Industrial/ Engineering/ Workshop environment.
BENEFITS:
- Remuneration: Basic $3000 – $4500.
- 1 months guaranteed bonus.
