Currently, we are looking for an independent Senior Operations Executive/ Operations Executive.

He/ She will be:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and assist in planning, implementing and management of projects.
• Coordinates with other team members and stakeholders to plan and implement operational strategies and initiatives that improve profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent data availability to analyze situations.
• Assist in controlling operating costs for each project assigned.
• Evaluating and reporting on operational performance and metrics
• Involved in fieldwork and project management of surveys. Attending to customers’ queries.
• Checking and investigating data issues.
• Providing administrative support relating to Operations and business development.
• Interviewer management, supervision and deployment

Requirements:

• Preferable working experience at project management in Market Research Industry
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
