Job Description: 

• Assist the team with day-to-day operations of systems and Diagnostic Imaging equipment to users
• Perform image amendment requests
• Perform daily administration of applications and modules, maintaining system and data integrity.
• Rostered to provide 24/7 on call support on a rotational basis.
• Communicate issues identified by users to vendors or respective parties involved.
• Respond to systems related issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.
• Assist department with import and export of radiology images from private imaging centers and/or to patients. Assist in image or data extraction and de- identification of images based on accepted hospital policies.
• Work with hospital departments, vendors, and end-users’ groups to coordinate change requests pertaining to Radiology systems.
• Involved in project management and assist in system migration and implementation phases of current to incumbent system. Scope of work includes project milestones such as requirement gathering, design, testing, implementation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Imaging Informatics Manager/HOD

Job Requirements: 
Min diploma in any field 
No experience required as training will be provided
