🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with internal operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Liaise with customers and transporters daily to coordinate orders and ensure smooth delivery/collection of shipments.

• Manage timely and accurate reporting of operational data to the Operations Executive.

• Support inventory accuracy through effective cycle count administration.

• Handle all inbound and outbound shipment processes, including returns and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Verify and submit all relevant shipment documentation promptly.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.

• Identify and report any receiving discrepancies or non-conformances.

• Act as backup for the Operations Executive in their absence, managing operational tasks as needed.
