Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day tax operations, ensuring compliance with all tax obligations under Singapore laws and relevant international standards.

• Assist in the accurate and timely preparation and submission of corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing documentation.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Finance and Business Units to gather required documentation for tax filings and audits.

• Evaluate and apply the appropriate tax treatment to various financial and banking products, including new or non-standard offerings.

• Analyze complex or ambiguous tax matters, particularly around grey areas within FSI (Financial Sector Incentive) regulations.

• Communicate and coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure adherence to internal timelines and deliverables.

• Maintain awareness of current tax developments and participate in implementing any necessary compliance or process changes.
