š Key Responsibilities

C&B Reporting & Analysis
⢠Prepare HR statistical reports on recruitment, turnover, budget vs actual costs, leave analysis, and more
⢠Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking studies, both proactive and reactive
⢠Monitor internal pay equity and compliance with local regulations -
Annual Review & Budgeting
⢠Lead the annual increment and bonus process across business lines
⢠Collaborate with Finance on manpower budgeting; ensure timely and accurate budget submissions
⢠Review and enhance existing compensation structures to align with market trends -
Benefits Administration
⢠Negotiate annual medical insurance renewal based on claims analysis and market practices
⢠Administer and review all employee benefits and leave policies to ensure legal compliance
⢠Maintain HRIS system modules for leave and benefits -
Onboarding & Engagement
⢠Conduct C&B orientation for new hires
⢠Plan and implement wellness initiatives, medical checks, and employee engagement activities related to benefits
⢠Run staff surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and improve HR offerings -
Strategic Projects
⢠Draft job descriptions, conduct job evaluations and classifications
⢠Support compensation-related communication strategies
⢠Keep abreast of C&B best practices and provide strategic recommendations
