Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison for customers reporting scam or fraud-related incidents.

Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into scam allegations.

Analyse data, documentation, and call logs to identify trends or recurring fraud tactics.

Offer well-reasoned recommendations based on investigative findings.

Collaborate closely with internal fraud teams and stakeholders to resolve cases effectively.

Maintain accurate records of investigations and ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance requirements.

Uphold OCBC’s customer service standards by delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
