What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the car-buying and Selling process

• Showcase the features and benefits of our wide range of quality vehicles to customers

• Handle sales lead inquiries, negotiate prices, and close deals effectively

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with a track record of exceeding targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach

• Thorough understanding of the automotive market and industry trends

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Independently, target-driven environment

• Enthusiasm and a passion for the automotive industry

• No experience welcome, training provider

• Able to work on weekend and holiday
