Location: Various - Shuttle from Kovan, Serangoon, Woodlands
Contract Duration: 1 year 

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week (includes weekends and public holidays)

• Rotating shifts:
  a. 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  b. 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  c. 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (transport claim provided)
  d. 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM (up to 10x/year)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound government-related service calls

• Maintain records, ensure SOP compliance

• Adapt to rotating shifts and high-volume queries
