Location: Ubi MRT

Working Hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday to Friday: Rotational between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide call support for inquiries

• Log and escalate issues based on SOPs

• Maintain quality service in a regulated environment
