Location: Shuttle pickup from Kovan, Serangoon, Woodlands
Contract Duration: 3 months
Working Hours (Monday – Friday):

• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for queries

• Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up

• Deliver consistent customer service in line with government project standards
