Inpatient Dispensary Pharmacist

Responsible for inpatient medication dispensing and related pharmacy services

Work may involve evening shifts

Outpatient Pharmacists
-
Rotational postings across different outpatient pharmacies (OPDs)

Work hours follow regular office timings

Key Responsibilities:
-
Accurately dispense medications in line with prescriptions and institutional protocols
-
Perform final checking of prescriptions and ensure accuracy in medication supply
-
Counsel patients and caregivers on proper medication use, side effects, and storage
-
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
-
Maintain proper documentation and adhere to pharmacy regulations and policies
-
Utilize the PHI system to manage orders, records, and dispensing tasks efficiently
-
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and confidentiality
Requirements:
-
Mandatory: Prior experience with the PHI system (Public Healthcare Institutions system)

Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)

Able to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
