A leading community healthcare provider is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their team as an Admin Assistant (6-month contract, convertible).
Job Description
- Handle document management processes, ensuring efficient handling, archiving, and internal distribution.
- Coordinate clinic meetings and events, managing all logistical details including catering.
- Maintain records for clinic assets and lost & found items.
- Guarantee the integrity of the Digital Document System through proper indexing and quality checks.
- Act as a central communication hub, efficiently routing all eFax, phone, and email inquiries.
- Manage clinic resources by maintaining inventory of consumables, organizing storage, and overseeing the distribution of collaterals and supplies.
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative fields preferred
- Experienced in using Microsoft office applications
