Available Roles & Pay:

• Night Shift (8:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $16/hour

• Day Shift (Various timings ending latest 10:30 PM): $12/hour

Shift Schedules (5-day work week, 2 off days, 42 hours/week):

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• 8:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Must be able to commit to weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and direct patients and visitors at the concierge counter

• Manage lobby and driveway traffic flow efficiently

• Escort or arrange timely rooming for admitted patients

• Liaise with relevant departments for patient gifts (e.g., fruits, flowers)

• Handle walk-in referrals and appointment bookings

• Support supervisors in staffing and service coverage
