Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery within scope.

• Assist in overseeing project budgets and resources, identifying risks and assessing budgetary impacts.

• Facilitate cross-stakeholder learning, quality improvement, and collaboration relevant to Future Primary Care.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
