Reponsibilities:

  • Assist in Purchasing function
  • Purchase follow up
  • Arrange drivers and workers schedule
  • Assist in arranging the entry pass for the site
  • Assist in material stock control
  • Maintains proper record and filling of all suppliers and material purchases
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks/duties that may be assigned
  • Type quotations and email replies

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience preferably in Construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show initiative and able to multi-task
