Working Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm (some days 7am–4pm / 7.30am–4.30pm)

• Sat: 8am–12pm

• 5.5 days/week, up to 44 hrs/week

Duration: ASAP till 30 Sep 2025 (Monthly contract renewal)
Salary:

• $10.50/hr (N/O/A level, Private Diploma)

• $13/hr (Polytechnic Diploma)

Responsibilities:

• Frontline registration and appointment scheduling

• Guide patients on digital services and self-help kiosks

• Provide crowd control and assist with patient enquiries

• Support clinic operations and perform ad-hoc duties

Vaccination Requirements:

• Candidate must undergo vaccination checks (TDAP, MMR, Covid, Varicella, Hep B)

• Vaccination cost covered if candidate starts work

• If candidate backs out after checks, they must bear the cost
