Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion (e.g., financial data, client details).

  • Coordinate communications—emails, calls, and correspondence—acting as a liaison between the executive and clients

  • Assist with personal tasks (e.g., errands) as needed.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents with accuracy.

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Unexperienced/ Experienced Personal assistant are welcomed. 

  • Skills:

    • Organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.

    • Strong written and verbal communication.

    • Ability to multitask and problem-solve

  • Traits: Discreet, trustworthy, adaptable, and proactive.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of financial terminology/basic accounting.
