Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion (e.g., financial data, client details).

Coordinate communications—emails, calls, and correspondence—acting as a liaison between the executive and clients

Assist with personal tasks (e.g., errands) as needed.

Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents with accuracy.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Unexperienced/ Experienced Personal assistant are welcomed.
