About the Role:
As an Employment/Sales Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between clients and their ideal domestic helpers. Your goal? To match families with the perfect maids while delivering exceptional service and hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Sales & Client Acquisition – Proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable maid biodatas.
✔ Consultative Selling – Educate clients on our services, work permits, and maid responsibilities.
✔ Relationship Building – Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
✔ Market Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and employment regulations.
✔ Target-Driven – Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas with a commission-based incentive structure.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service (experience in maid/HR agencies is a plus!).
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Persuasive, patient, and empathetic – you understand clients’ concerns and provide solutions.
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
✅ Basic knowledge of MOM work permit processes
✅ CEI certification is required
