💼 About the Role
This role supports a wide range of internal events, leadership meetings, and coordination work under the Management Committee (MAGCO). You’ll be the bridge between planning and execution — bringing structure and order to high-impact activities.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate scheduling, calendar planning, and RSVP tracking for internal meetings and events
  2. Handle logistics support for internal projects, including room bookings, materials, and follow-ups
  3. Take minutes, compile reports, and prepare administrative documents
  4. Work across departments (e.g., HR, Training, Revenue, Events) to support MAGCO’s agenda
  5. Maintain inventory and internal document systems

🎯 Skills & Qualities

  1. Strong coordination, time management, and attention to detail
  2. Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and online forms
  3. Able to multitask, meet tight timelines, and follow through independently
  4. Experience in event or operations coordination a plus
  5. Energetic team player with a service mindset
