Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Gas systems.

• Assist in design development and perform engineering calculations to ensure project and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure adherence to BCA Codes of Practice (e.g., CP-16), Singapore Standards (e.g., SS 638), and applicable safety regulations.

• Prepare construction and design drawings, as well as relevant technical documentation.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor work activities to support timely project completion and handover.

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to track material deliveries and monitor site progress.

• Support work assessments, including preparation of progress claims and subcontractor payments.

• Work closely with project managers and site teams to meet quality, safety, and project schedule objectives.
