Job Description
Training and education for Nursing staff and students: 
•    To Establish optimal clinical learning environment.
•    To Assess, plan, implement and evaluate preceptorship scheme for strengthening clinical support of new staff. 
•    To Provide OJT training of new staff and assist Nurse Managers in the wards to ensure their competencies. 
•    To Co-ordinate and organize training activities to strengthen unit-based generic and specialty clinical practices.
•    Plan, implement and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training courses.

Requirements

•    Degree in Nursing
•    Min 6 years of experience in clinical care/Instructor 
•    Preferably to have a Specialist Diploma in Clinical education.
