We are looking for dedicated Music Teachers who are passionate about guiding students on their musical journey. Job Responsibilities
- Create Musical Magic: Use storytelling to make every piano, guitar, violin, or voice lesson an exciting journey. Engage students with creative narratives that bring the music to life and keep them eager to learn.
- Teach with Passion: Deliver the Aureus Curriculum in a fun, interactive way that inspires students to develop strong musical skills while cultivating a lifelong love for music.
- Conduct Engaging Lessons: Infuse lessons with energy and creativity, using storytelling, personalized instruction, and dynamic exercises to keep students fully engaged and motivated.
- Encourage Growth: Guide students toward performances with clear, achievable goals, helping them grow in confidence as they reach new milestones.
- Stay Connected: Keep parents informed and engaged through regular updates on their child’s progress via the Aureus App, ensuring an active partnership in the learning process.
- Host Recitals: Organize performances and showcase events where students can shine, demonstrating their progress and gaining confidence in front of an audience.
- Grow with Us: Participate in outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to share the joy of music education and attract new students to join the Aureus family.
- Track Progress with Positivity: Assess students’ progress with constructive feedback, celebrating milestones and motivating them to keep improving.
- Inspire & Lead: Foster a positive, supportive environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity through engaging, story-driven lessons.
- Keep Learning & Growing: Continuously attend training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs to refine your teaching methods and stay current with the latest trends in music education.

Hiring Criteria
- A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) – we love passionate and well-trained musicians!
- We’re looking for someone with a bright, cheerful, and engaging personality who can inspire students and make lessons exciting.
- Confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues is a must.
