Salary: up to $3800
Location: Eunos
Duration: 2 years contract
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6.15pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Engage authorities for compliance.
• Work with legal advisors on documentation and approvals.
• Define governance structures, roles, and policies.
• Support constitution drafting.
• Collaborate with finance and tax advisors on transition impact.
• Ensure smooth transfer of assets and financial frameworks.
• Engage key stakeholders and implement communication plans.
• Oversee systems, data migration, and contract transfers.
• Develop a post-transition sustainability roadmap.

Requirements:
- Min Degree in any related field
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience
