AI Engineer

 

Work Location: Downtown core, Singapore

 

About the Role:

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the cutting edge of developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that drive our digital platforms forward. We are on the hunt for a tech-savvy innovator who can harness the power of AI to solve complex challenges and enhance user experiences.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy AI models and algorithms tailored to our unique challenges and objectives.
• Data Management: Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze data, ensuring its quality and relevance for AI applications.
• Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into our products and services.
• Research & Exploration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, bringing innovative ideas and technologies to the team.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of AI solutions, ensuring their reliability, robustness, and alignment with business goals.
• Ethical AI Practices: Uphold the highest standards of ethics in AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and the responsible use of data.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Project Reporting: Regularly report on project progress and status, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of any developments or challenges.
• Time Management: Maintain accurate timesheets and attendance records, ensuring transparency and accountability in work hours.
• Remote Work: Possess the ability and discipline to work remotely, ensuring consistent communication and productivity regardless of location.
• Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Currently enrolled as a Master class student or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, C++, or R.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Demonstrated experience in computer vision, LLM (Lifelong Learning Machine), NLP (Natural Language Processing), and optimization algorithms.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, and experience in handling large datasets.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, especially with AI and machine learning services.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.

• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product managers.
• Awareness of the ethical considerations in AI and a commitment to developing responsible and fair AI solutions.
• Experience in managing AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
