What You’ll Do:

• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation – Create engaging posts, videos and stories in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
• Content Production & Event Support – Create compelling written and video content to amplify campaigns and support brand visibility before, during and after events
• Event Marketing & Support – Plan and support beauty events with buzz-worthy content, live engagement, and post-event highlights to extend brand presence
• Analytics & Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on digital performance to refine strategies and maximize campaign results
• Paid Media & Advertising – Assist in creation and optimizing paid ad campaigns to drive visibility, engagement and ROI
• Collaboration & Coordination – Work with the wider marketing team to deliver and keep our brand identity and values consistent across all channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
• 1+ year of digital marketing experience (preferably in beauty/skincare)
• Strong understanding of brand identity with the ability to create content that aligns with these standards
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or similar content creation tools
• Confident in producing and editing high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creative storytelling
• Knowledge of SEO, online branding and content marketing strategies
• Familiar with social media analytics and paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) will be added advantage
• Event support, photography & videography, influencer collaborations experience

• 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
