Endpoint Management

 

Work Location: Downtown core, Singapore

Job Type: 2 Years Contract, subject to renewal

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an Endpoint Management who will support computer hardware and software installation for project work, handle all assets allocated to projects in accordance with company’s IT standards, and update and maintain the project deliverables tracker in a timely manner.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follows established guidelines on processing or escalating an incident or request ticket.
• Provides technical advice and support on the use of computer hardware and software.
• Report timely to project leads.
• Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Diploma or degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, computer security, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in PC, hardware and software support.
• Experience in supporting Win10, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, Mac OS, VDI client, VPN client, Smart phone iOS / Android, basic networking, POS, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools.
• Experience in Incident and Request Management ticketing system.
• Experience in ITIL operating environment is a plus.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Required to undergo Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) checks.
